These murals were commissioned by the Emeryville Visual Arts Grant Program for the Emeryville Center of Community Life, an exercise, swimming, sports and community center. After visiting the center and speaking with the directors, I wanted to focus the designs on the value of healthy living, developing healthy habits and the enjoyment of exercise.
